Absolutely delighted with the service from Cortech Plumbing. I recently had a new combi boiler installed and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The quality of the installation is top class and the difference in heating and water pressure has been incredible. What really stood out was how easy and stress-free they made everything. We recently engaged with Cortech plumbing to get both our pump and hot water issue resolved. Initially we replaced our pump due to a leak - and then investigated the hot water issue, after being left on a hold for a considerable amount of time, Ben contacted us and took ownership of what had happened - which was appreciated. Although it was difficult to find exact source of the issue for the hot water, we initially were to replace the element within the boiler but we had to go ahead with a full replacement.
