Initially we replaced our pump due to a leak - and then investigated the hot water issue, after being left on a hold for a considerable amount of time, Ben contacted us and took ownership of what had happened - which was appreciated. Although it was difficult to find exact source of the issue for the hot water, we initially were to replace the element within the boiler but we had to go ahead with a full replacement.
